About Us

We are a group of artists who have been working together for a couple of years giving life to new VTubers.What is a VTuber? In a few words, it is a person who uses a virtual avatar that recreates their movements and expressions.

Our Team

Our team currently consists of four artists.Nara Art is the rigger of 2D Models , which means that she brings life and movement to them.Denom is our specialist in 3D Models, he fixes physics, adds blender accessories, exports and optimise models to VRChat, among other things.Aphrodi is our Live2D and 3D Model artist. She draws the 2D models for later to be brought to life by Nara. In addition, she also create the 3D Models, then Denom takes care of the details to make them fully functional.And last but not least, Kotomi is our precius illustrator.Team Work!

General

-You must provide full references of your character (a very detailed description with some images might work). In case you don't have a character desing/reference sheet an increase of 50€ will be added to the invoice.-Please do NOT copy / trace / sell / heavily reference / use without permmission (from me or the commission's owner) / edit any of my works.-If you need your commission finished before a certain date, tell me before payment/ordering so I confirm you if I can have your commission finished on time.-I won't take any responsability for any missundertsanding or mistake that may happen if you do not read these Terms of Service.-Each extra change after the model has been delivered will have an added cost of €15.

Procedure

-Until the minimun amount has been paid, I do NOT start the work.-I'll show you W.I.Ps from time to time to make sure everything is ok.-You can ask for changes during the sketch process as many times as you want/need. Just remember to be specific and don't forget anything you'd like me to change on it.-Please consider I probably have other commissions before yours when calculating the delivery-time. Be patient!-If everything is ok, I'll deliver your finished commission and everything it may include.

Payment & Refunds

-Upfront payment, only Paypal (€ currency).-Partial Payments Minimun: 50€-If I started your commission and then cannot complete it, I will give you a partial refund of between 30% - 80% depending on how much I progressed on it. Refunds will never be 100% of the total paid, unless several months have passed and I have not yet started your order.-After the payment and your order are confirmed, you can't ask for refunds.
